What every plan includes
Every plan has every feature. The only difference between Solo, Crew and Team is how many people can use the account: 1 user on Solo, up to 5 on Crew and up to 14 on Team.
Write a quote from templates, send it to your client and have it signed online. A signed quote becomes a job on the calendar with the people and equipment it needs. Crew members see only their own jobs, without prices. When the work is done, send the invoice and get paid online.

Which plan do I need?
Choose by the number of people who will use your account: Solo for one person, Crew for up to 5 and Team for up to 14. Every plan has every feature.
Is billing monthly or annual?
Both. Pay monthly, or pay annually: a year costs 10 months of the monthly price, so you get 2 months free. Plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can switch plans at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. You can move to a smaller plan once your team fits it.
What happens after my trial ends?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no credit card is required. When it ends, your account becomes read-only: you can still view everything. Your data is kept, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Choose a plan whenever you are ready to keep creating and sending.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract. Cancel in your billing settings and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, partial periods are not refunded.
How do I pay, and are taxes included?
Plans are billed through Stripe, in US dollars, by credit card or ACH bank transfer. Taxes are not included in the listed prices and are added where required. You can update your payment method from your billing page.
